Billing and storage limits

Status: free plan enabled; paid plans prepared.

Each workspace has a plan and storage limit. Free defaults to 50 MiB shared by template originals, bulk-source spreadsheets, generated outputs, and saved ZIP archives. Writes fail validation before exceeding the limit.

Smart parsing and bulk filling use explicit plan capabilities so paid conversion can be introduced without replacing either workflow. By default, free workspaces receive 3 smart parses per month and 10 spreadsheet rows per bulk run. Paid defaults are 100 smart parses per month and 250 rows per run. All values are environment-configurable.

Laravel Cashier is installed with Stripe customer/subscription data on workspaces. Keys and webhook secret are environment-driven. Checkout, price IDs, and two paid-plan entitlements are deferred until pricing is finalized.
